Weekend Rates apply Friday after 2:00pm, and all day Saturday and Sunday. All National holidays are included in this rate schedule.

Weekday rates apply Monday through Thursday all day. Weekday rates apply Friday before 2pm.
  

Party Polices
 

Added Guest Policy

 
Number of guests is limited as specified. Additional children for any party are $10 each. There is a maximum of 5 extra ($10/guest) guests per party. Parents & babies under age 2 (that are not playing) are not included in total size; however, if you think you will have more than 20 adults and babies combined you may want to increase your party size to the 25 children package to have a bigger room to accommodate your guests.(no guarantee on room)- Please talk to the party coordinator.
  

Party Format

  
The Play Arena is SHARED and you should expect that your party will overlap with other guests playing in the play arena at all times. The play arena is not Private unless you booked "The Ultimate Party" or a "Rent The Zone Party". All parties will have there own private Party room for Cake, Presents and Pizza. Please note that if you scheduled a Party during our Open Play hours then we are Open to the public. Please check the Open Play schedule before you book your reservation. If you booked any other party then we are closed to the public and the arena is shared with other party guest. PARTY FORMAT: The party children come in and play for the first 1 hour 15 minutes and then the final 30 minutes of all parties are concluded in the party room with NO RETURN to the play arena. You may shorten the play time to 1 hour so that you can have 45 minutes in the party room or more time can be purchased to extent your time in the party room. (Please let us know at the start of your party if you want the kids to play for 60 minutes or 75 minutes). Party start times are staggered between the rooms to insure a safe, enjoyable arena time.*** We have a Late Fee Policy in affect for all parties that are not finished by the party end time. It is your responsibility to have your party end on time. Jump Zones party assistant will notify you when your party has 10 minutes left in the party room to help with exiting the room on time.

 

Outside Food Policy

 
You are welcome to bring your Birthday Cake and Ice Cream. If you are purchasing food you are limited to also bringing in ONE side dish that consist of a veggie or fruit tray, chips and dip or crackers and cheese. Anything other that what is listed will not be permitted unless Manager approved. Any other food and drinks are not permitted. Thank you.
