ATTENTION:Due to safety concerns, Parents, adults, and children 13 years and older are only allowed to ASSIST the younger children; they are NOT allowed to "Play". Children under the age of 3 are limited to the left side of the arena at all times, including during birthday parties. Again, this is for their safety.

Note: We do not recommend parties for children turning 1 or 2, unless the majority of your guests will be 3 or older. Still, the birthday child will be limited to the left side of the arena because they are under 3. Please take a tour of our facility or bring your child to an Open!Play session to make sure they will not be too scared to participate BEFORE you book your party and pay the deposit. Deposits are non-refundable.

How we Schedule

WEEKEND
Weekend Rates apply Friday after 2:00pm, and all day Saturday and Sunday. All National holidays are included in this rate schedule. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE but can be transferred to different date under certain circumstances. See FAQ page for details.

Weekday rates apply Tuesday through Thursday- OPEN PLAY IS OFTEN SCHEDULED WED AND THURS NIGHTS 4:30 - 7:30. Weekday rates apply Friday before 2pm unless your party starts and ends during a Friday morning open!play session. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. See FAQ page for details.
  

Party Polices
 

Added Guest Policy

 
Number of guests is limited as specified. Additional children for any regular party are $10 each. There is a maximum of 5 extra ($10/guest) guests per party. Parents & babies age 2 and under are NOT included in total size (unless it is a 2 or 3 year old party); however, if you think you will have more than 20 adults and free babies combined you may need to switch to a larger party size so you can get a larger party room--please talk to the party coordinator. We are sorry, but kids older than 12 can not play, but they will not be included in your party count.
 

Party Format

  
The Play Arena is shared and you should expect that your party will overlap with another party in the play arena; however we will not be open to the general public during your party UNLESS THERE IS SCHEDULED OPEN PLAY. WE MATCH UP THE AGES OF THE CHILDREN IN THE PARTIES THAT OVERLAP EACH OTHER IN THE PLAY ARENA FOR SAFETY. Your party room is private at all times and available to you shortly after the start time of your party and for the rest of the reserved time. The party children come in and play for the first 60 minutes and then the final 45 minutes of all parties are concluded in the party room with NO RETURN to the play arena. Party start times are staggered between the rooms to insure a safe, enjoyable arena time.

Other than Birthday cakes for scheduled parties, NO OUTSIDE FOOD IS PERMITTED.
