What are Jump!Zone's party costs and options and how far in advance should I book the party?

Please refer to our Party Planning section and familiarize yourself with our party options. You can check date and time availability as well as book your party by clicking on RESERVATIONS.
If you do not find an option to suit your needs or wish to speak to someone, please feel free to call.

Friday, Saturday and Sunday party times fill up fast. To get the date and time you want, it is advisable to call 6 weeks in advance to reserve your party. However, we will always try to accommodate even the most immediate need with an available time slot.
How do I book a party?

You can make an immediate party reservation on our website "reservations" link or you can call us to discuss your needs so we can help you choose the perfect party plan. Mini Parties of 10 kids require a $50 deposit to reserve a spot. Larger parties require that you pay a $100 (plus tax) deposit with a credit card at the time of booking. The balance and any extras you purchase such as pizza, drinks, balloons or goodie bags are paid for after the party is over. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover or cash. Jump Zone Management has the right to cancel any party that has been booked at any time with or without cause if it is deemed necessary.
What is your deposit and cancellation policy?

When booking a party, a $100 deposit is charged at the time of reservation for 15, 20 or 25 child party sizes. For 10 child parties the deposit is $50. The deposit is applied to the total party price. You will not pay the balance until after the party ends. If the child gets sick or something else comes up, we will work with you to reschedule your party on another date.

If you just want to cancel the party completely, a refund of the deposit will only be issued if somebody else books the time/day you are abandoning... and the refund will only be issued the day after your event was scheduled. Please understand our policy before reserving your party.
Can I bring my own food, drinks or decorations into Jump Zone?

Guests may bring in Cake / Cupcakes and snacks (like chips). You may also bring in balloons and goodie bags.

We use San's Pizza and Pepsi products. We don't arrange for other vendors to bring food into our facility. We have a variety of food and drink choices located on the bottom of the Party Planning link of our web site. You need to bring the birthday cake, candles and cake knife. You may also bring dry snacks (chips, pretzels, etc.) We do not allow chocolate or candy to be brought in unless in goodie bags. We do not provide bowls for your snacks. We sell pizza, snacks, soda, water and juice boxes as well as a variety of party trays for scheduled events. If you have a guest with special food allergy needs, please discuss with us.

DO NOT TAPE decorations to our walls, you can damage the paint, and do not bring silly string, pinatas or confetti. You are allowed to bring your own balloons or you can buy assorted primary colored balloons from us. Our balloon prices are very competitive and it will save you an extra trip by having us do them for you. You can also bring in your own Goodie Bags. We also sell Goodie Bags at a very reasonable price. NOTE: Parties that damage our wall paint or table covers by not following our decoration policy may be charged a fee at the end of the party so that we can fix the damages. By accepting this agreement, you agree to the terms of our decoration policy.
Jump Zone will not play copyrighted music. Parties can't bring in music to have played inside our facility.
Will a Jump!Zone staff member help supervise the kids and help me in the party room?

Yes, we will help supervise the safe play of the kids in the play arena. Our staff will also set up the tables for your guests with pizza and drinks. We will also assist in cutting and serving your cake. Our staff cleans up the entire room for your group. Any leftover food or drinks are yours to take home. ***We never sell previously opened drinks to your party or reuse them for other parties. All drinks served at Jump Zone are new and unopened, and are yours to keep if not finished. This is why we do not sell our food or drinks as a set price per child.
What should the kids wear?

Socks are required. We suggest party Moms bring extra socks with them in case someone forgets to bring some. Long sleeves are recommended. Clothes with zippers or hooks (other then at the waist) are not allowed as they may scratch the inflatables. Nylon type pants make the kids go extra fast down the slides. Kids should not come wearing jewelry or belts.
How early should everyone arrive prior to the party?

You should arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before your party begins. Your guests should arrive 10 minutes before the party start time. We need to collect waivers and review our safety rules with everyone before the party starts. Please do not arrive more then 15 minutes early because other parties will be in session. if you do not have one of the first two parties booked for the day, you should not expect you can get into the party room any earlier than your party start time to begin decorating. The party rooms need to be cleaned and parties may not get into the party room until sometime after the party start time. We always make our best effort to get you into the room as soon as possible. If you are not out of the party room on time, you end up making the next party late in getting into the room and may be subject to paying for additional party time.
Can Adults play on the inflatables?

Adults are asked to help ensure their children follow the safety rules on the inflatables. Parents can help their children on the inflatables and can play on them as long as there are no children in their way and they don't go over the 175 pound weight limit. Our number one safety rule is "one at a time" and this means that Adults cannot hold children when going down slides. Everyone must go one at a time down the slides. No trains and no holding on laps or holding hands. Also, Parents are encouraged to help their children on the inflatables, but should not be bouncing at the same time. Only equal size people should bounce at the same time. Bigger people, including Adults, should always steer clear of little people. Parents who are on the inflatables must wear socks and need to remove belts, watches, or other sharp objects. Parents or guests not using our equipment safely will be asked to stop. Safety of the children is the top priority.
Are the inflatables safe for babies?

NO. Babies under 2 years old should not be on the inflatables unless they are specified as a "toddler inflatable" because it is not safe. Also, parents please closely monitor your young children while at Jump!Zone and make sure they are not on inflatables with older kids. It is not safe for anyone to hold another person while going down slides and is against Jump!Zone's safety rules. We do have a toddler play area for our youngest guests. Parents may assist younger children if they feel they need the assistance. We have a special "toddler section" with a playhouse for the little ones.
Who is allowed to enter Jump Zone?

Jump Zone is designed for children ages 2 to 12 years old. No child of any age is allowed to enter unless accompanied by an adult. No adults can enter unless they are with children or have children / family already playing in the facility. Drop offs are allowed for parties, but NOT open play.
The Party Room is private... The Play Arena is shared.

Jump Zone parties are in a controlled environment by age, number of guests and start times. The play arena is very large and is shared with other party guests unless you book a more expensive Private Party. We age match parties for safety purposes and book parties on the half hour. Children play for the first 75 minutes of the party and then the party is moved into the private party rooms to finish out the party for the last 45 minutes. All parties have a Private Party Room for all your special moments, pizza, cake, happy birthday, etc.

Please email or call us if you have additional questions. Our main goal is to make sure your party is safe and fun!!! Thank you for choosing us to be part of your celebration.
