What are Jump!Zone's Safety Rules

 

One at a time down slides (parents cannot go down with a child on their lap)
Only Feet first down the slides
No bouncing at the top of slides ( sit down and slide please)
Stay on the designated course of all inflatables
Little people and big people should not bounce at the same time (adults can sit in a bounce house to be near their children, but should not bounce at the same time children are bouncing)
When sliding don't drag your arms and elbows on the vinyl. Hold them up to avoid "rug burn". No fighting or wrestling or ball beaming
No gum in Jump!Zone
Please listen to Jump!Zone staff and follow additional safety rules as explained

What are Jump!Zone's party costs and options and how far in advance should I book the party?

 

Please refer to our Party Planning section and familiarize yourself with our party options. You can check date and time availability as well as book your party by clicking on RESERVATIONS.
If you do not find an option to suit your needs or wish to speak to someone, please feel free to call.

Friday, Saturday and Sunday party times fill up fast. To get the date and time you want, it is advisable to call 2 months in advance to reserve your party. However, we will always try to accommodate even the most immediate need with an available time slot.
How do I book a party? And What is your cancellation Policy?

 

You can make a party reservation on our website or you can call us to discuss your needs so we can help you choose the perfect party plan. We require that you pay a $100 deposit with a credit card at the time of booking. The balance and any extras you purchase such as pizza or goodie bags can be paid for the day of the party. We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover or cash. No Checks Please!!!

When booking a party, a $100 dollar deposit is charged at the time of reservation. If you cancel 14 DAYS prior to your party date, you can reuse your deposit for another date in the next 12 months. If you cancel with less then 14 DAYS before your scheduled party, you will lose the deposit even if you reschedule. Please remember that your deposit is non-refundable (sorry not exceptions).
What party size should I book and can I increase or decrease the size of my party?

 

When you book your party you are booking for either 15, 20 or 25 children. Once you receive your RSVP's and realize you have more or less than what you had booked, you may call us or send us an email letting us no of the party count change. On the day of the party you will be charged for what you have booked for. Each additional child over your party count is $10.00 each. Our party time slots are for different size parties to ensure the party arena is not to crowded. Please be aware that we do our very best to keep the same aged children in the play arena during our parties for safe play at Jump Zone.
Can I bring my own food, drinks or decorations into Jump Zone?

 

You may bring in your own cake and Ice Cream. ALL other food and drinks need to be ordered through Jump Zone.Outside food is not permitted. We sell pizza, sandwich trays, snacks, soda,water bottles and juice boxes.
The party rooms are decorated but you are more than welcome to bring in your own decorations for the tables. Please do not tape or tack up any decorations and do not bring silly string, pinatas or confetti.
Will a Jump!Zone staff member help supervise the kids and help me in the party room?

 

Yes, we will help supervise the safe play of the kids in the play arena. Every party will have a Party Assistant that will help serve the children in the party room as well as help with the cake cutting and present opening. You can sit back relax and socialize with your guest. When the party is over, we clean up the room for you.
Can I bring my own Goodie Bags and Balloons?

 

Of course you may bring in your own Goodie Bags and Balloons. Jump Zone does have Goodie Bags and Goodie Cups for purchase along with assorted balloons and Mylars. We try to have everything you will need available here at Jump Zone so all you need to do is bring the cake and be ready for a FUN Party!
How early should everyone arrive prior to the party?

 

Everyone, including the party family, should arrive no more than 5 to 10 minutes before the scheduled party time. We need to collect waivers and review our safety rules with everyone before the party starts. Please do not arrive more then 10 minutes early because other parties will be in session.
Can Adults play on the inflatables?

 

Adults are asked to help ensure their children follow the safety rules on the inflatables. Parents can help their children on the inflatables and can play on them as long as there are no children in their way and they don't go over the 175 pound weight limit. Our number one safety rule is "one at a time" and this means that Adults cannot hold children when going down slides. Everyone must go one at a time down the slides. No trains and no holding on laps or holding hands. Also, Parents are encouraged to help their children on the inflatables, but should not be bouncing at the same time. Only equal size people should bounce at the same time. Bigger people, including Adults, should always steer clear of little people. Parents who are on the inflatables must wear socks and need to remove belts, watches, or other sharp objects.
Are the inflatables safe for babies?

 

NO. Babies under 2 years old should not be on the inflatables because it is not safe. Also, parents please closely monitor your young children while at Jump!Zone and make sure they are not on inflatables with older kids. It is not safe for anyone to hold another person while going down slides and is against Jump!Zone's safety rules. We do have a toddler play section for our youngest guests.
Who is allowed to enter Jump Zone?

 

Jump Zone is designed for children ages 2 to 12 years old. No child of any age is allowed to enter unless accompanied by an adult. No adult can enter unless they are with a child or a Birthday Party.
What should the kids wear?

 

Socks are required. We suggest party Moms bring extra socks with them in case someone forgets to bring some. Long sleeves are recommended. Clothes with zippers or hooks (other then at the waist) are not allowed as they may scratch the inflatables. Nylon type pants make the kids go extra fast down the slides so watch out.
