One at a time down slides (parents cannot go down with child on lap)

What are the Jump!Zone party costs and options?


Please refer to our Party Planning section and familiarize yourself with our party options. If you do not find an option to suit your needs, please call us so we can try to accommodate you. Do not forget we offer non-party Open!Play Sessions for a great inexpensive activity.
How far in advance should I book the party?


Friday, Saturday and Sunday party times fill up fast. It is advisable to call 2 months in advance to reserve your party. However, we will always try to accommodate even the most immediate need with an available time slot.
How do I book a party?


You can check availability and book your party through our website or you can call us to book it for you. There is usually an incentive when you book yourself online. A deposit of $100 is required at time of booking. The balance plus tax and any extras you purchase such as pizza or goodie bags can be paid for the day of the party. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or cash.
What is your cancellation policy?


Deposits are nonrefundable, however, it can be applied to a different party date/time if canceled at least 14 days prior to your party date. If you cancel with less than 14 days before your party date, you will lose the deposit even if you reschedule. As always, we will strive to work with you on any cancellation. In the event you would like to change your party size, you MUST do so 48 hours prior to your party or you will be charged for the party size that you booked.
Can I bring my own food, drinks or decorations into Jump Zone?


No outside food can be brought in other than birthday cake, cupcakes or cookies. We sell pizza and you cannot bring it in.
You are welcome to bring in your own drinks. Juice boxes or bottled water is recommended. Alcoholic beverages are never allowed.
The party rooms are already decorated. Please do not tape or tack up any decorations and do not bring silly string, pinatas or confetti. If you do, there is a clean-up fee of $25. You are allowed to bring your own balloons or you can buy assorted primary colored balloons from us.
Will there be a Jump!Zone staff member in the play arena and party room to supervise the kids?


We have safe play coordinators who are there to make sure the children are playing safe and following the rules while in the arena. We also ask Parents to make sure their kids are following the safety rules and playing safe. A coordinator is available to help you and your guests while in the party room. When the party is over, we clean up the room for you.
What should the kids wear?


Socks are required. Long sleeves are recommended. Clothes with zippers or hooks (other than at the waist) are not allowed as they may scratch the inflatables. Nylon type pants make the children go extra fast down slides.
How early should everyone arrive prior to the party?


Everyone, including the party family, should arrive no more than 5 to 10 minutes before the scheduled party time. We need to collect waivers and review our safety rules with everyone before the party starts.
Can Adults play on the inflatables?


NO ADULTS on the Inflatables with the Exception of helping younger children!! Parents are asked to help ensure their children follow the safety rules on the inflatables. Parents can help their children on the inflatables as long as there are no children in their way and they don't exceed the 150 lb. weight limit. Our number one safety rule is "ONE AT A TIME" and this means that adults cannot hold children when going down slides. Everyone must go one at a time down the slides. No trains and no holding on laps or holding hands. Also, parents are encouraged to help their children on the inflatables, but should not be bouncing at the same time. Only equal size people should bounce at the same time. Bigger people, including adults, should always steer clear of little people. Parents who are on the inflatables must wear socks and need to remove belts, watches, or other sharp objects.
Are the inflatables safe for babies?


NO. Babies under 2 years old should not be on the inflatables. We do have a toddler area with toys, activities and a television.
Who is allowed to enter Jump Zone?


Jump!Zone is designed for children ages 2 to 12 years old. No child of any age is allowed to enter unless accompanied by an adult. No adults can enter unless they are with children.
