What are Jump!Zone's Safety Rules?

 

One at a time down slides (parents cannot go down with child on lap)
Feet first only down slides
No bouncing at top of slides (just sit down and slide please)
Stay on the designated course of all inflatables
Little people and big people should not bounce at the same time
When sliding don't drag your arms and elbows on the vinyl. Hold them up to avoid "rug burn". No fighting or wrestling or ball beaming
No gum in Jump!Zone
Please listen to Jump!Zone staff and follow additional safety rules as explained
CHILDREN UNDER 3 ARE LIMITED TO THE "LITTLE JUMPER ZONE" ONLY.

What are Jump!Zone's party costs and options and how far in advance should I book the party?

 

Please refer to our Party Planning section and familiarize yourself with our party options. You can check date and time availability as well as book your party by clicking on RESERVATIONS.
If you do not find an option to suit your needs or wish to speak to someone, please feel free to call.

Friday, Saturday and Sunday party times fill up fast. To get the date and time you want, it is advisable to call 3-6 weeks in advance to reserve your party. However, we will always try to accommodate even the most immediate need with an available time slot.
How do I book a party and what forms of payment do you accept?

 

You can make a party reservation on our website or you can call us to discuss your needs so we can help you choose the perfect party plan. We require that you pay a $75 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit with a credit card or check at the time of booking. The balance and any extras you purchase such as pizza or goodie bags can be paid for the day of the party.
We accept all Debit cards, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Cash, NO PERSONAL CHECKS!
What is your cancellation policy?

 

When booking a party, a $75 dollar NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is charged at the time of reservation. If you need to reschedule your date, and you notify us at least 14 DAYS prior to your party date, you can TRANSFER your deposit to another date in the next 12 months. If you completely cancel your party, you will lose the deposit even if you reschedule later. There are NO exceptions to this policy. NO PERSONAL CHECKS.
Can I bring my own food, drinks or decorations into Jump Zone?

 

You can bring the birthday cake, candles and cake knife. Please no other food or drinks can be brought into Jump!Zone. We sell cake, pizza, ice cream cups, snacks, soda and juice boxes.
The kids cannot eat anything until their play time is over. The kids play for the first 60 minutes and then go to the party room for 45 more minutes for cake and presents. The party areas are already decorated. Please do not tape or tack up any decorations and do not bring silly string, pinatas or confetti. You are allowed to bring your own balloons or table cloths if you have a specific theme.
Will a Jump!Zone staff member help supervise the kids and help me in the party room?

 

Yes, we will help supervise the safe play of the kids in the play arena, however, parents are ultimately responsible for the kids while they are playing. We will also help you get settled in the party area. If you need assistance during your party, we are here to help you serve your guests. When the party is over, we clean up the room for you. Please do not leave your little ones unattended. The kids are not allowed to return to the play arena after they have eaten and opened gifts.
What should the kids wear?

 

SOCKS ARE REQUIRED. We suggest party Moms bring extra socks with them in case someone forgets to bring some. (SOCKS $1.50 includes Tax) Long sleeves are recommended. Clothes with zippers or hooks (other then at the waist) are not allowed as they may scratch the inflatables. Nylon type pants make the kids go extra fast down the slides.
How early should everyone arrive prior to the party?

 

Everyone, including the party family, should arrive no more than 5 to 10 minutes before the scheduled party time. We need to collect waivers and review our safety rules with everyone before the party starts. Please do not arrive more then 15 minutes early because other parties will be in session. We appreciate your patience upon arrival as your room will be getting cleaned and prepared for you and your guests. Your party will not actually be in the room until 1 hour after your start time because the kids will jump in the arena for an hour at the beginning of your party.
Can Adults play on the inflatables?

 

Adults are asked to help ensure their children follow the safety rules on the inflatables. PARENTS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO PLAY. Our number one safety rule is "one at a time" and this means that Adults cannot hold children when going down slides. Everyone must go one at a time down the slides. No trains and no holding on laps or holding hands. Please understand that our slides are very fast and an adult's weight coupled with the speed could cause serious injury to your child. For their safety, if your child is too scared or too small to be on the inflatables without you, then they should not be on them.
Are the inflatables safe for babies and children under 3?

 

NO. Babies 1 year old and under should NOT be on the inflatables at all and are strictly limited to the TODDLER AREA. CHILDREN UNDER 3 YRS OLD ARE STRICTLY LIMITED TO THE "LITTLE JUMPER ZONE" ONLY. Also, parents please closely monitor your young children while at Jump!Zone and make sure they are not on inflatables with older kids. It is not safe for anyone to hold another person while going down slides and is against Jump!Zone's safety rules. We do have a toddler play section for our youngest guests. This is for your child's own safety - we are not doing this to be mean!
If I book a party for 16 or 24 and less show up, how will I be charged?

 

If you have less kids show up for your party than you book for, we can drop you down ONE level as long as the party count falls at or below that lower level count. For example, if you book a Classic Party for Up to 16, you can be dropped to the Small Party only if your count is 8 or less. If you book a Jump Party for Up to 24, you can be dropped to the Classic Party only if your count is 16 or less.
How long do we get to play during an OPEN!PLAY SESSION?

 

You will generally have at least 2 hours to play, but some sessions will be longer. You will be given a colored wristband that indicates your playtime. When your time is up, we will make an announcement that is is time for anyone with your color wristband to exit to allow for the next group to come in. We appreciate your patience in this area as we need to limit the number of kids in our arena for their safety.
