What are Jump!Zone's party costs and options and how far in advance should I book the party?

Please refer to our Party Planning section and familiarize yourself with our party options. You can check date and time availability as well as book your party by clicking on RESERVATIONS.
If you do not find an option to suit your needs or wish to speak to someone, please feel free to call us at 337-456-2950.

Friday, Saturday and Sunday party times fill up fast. To reserve a specific date and time, it is advisable to call 3-4 weeks in advance to book your party. Though it is not recommended to wait until the week before the desired event, we will always try to accommodate even the most immediate need with an available time slot.
How do I book a party and what forms of payment do you accept?

You can make a party reservation on our website or you can call us to discuss your needs so we can help you choose the perfect party plan. We require that you pay a $75 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit with a credit card at the time of booking. We recommend waiting until the day of the event to pay the remaining balance so that we can account for any changes.
We accept all Debit cards, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Cash, NO PERSONAL CHECKS!
What is your cancellation policy?

When booking a party, a $75 dollar NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is charged at the time of reservation. If you need to reschedule your date, and you notify us at least 14 DAYS prior to your party date, you can TRANSFER your deposit to another date in the next 12 months. If you completely cancel your party, you will lose the deposit even if you reschedule later. There are absolutely NO exceptions to this policy. NO PERSONAL CHECKS.
Can I bring my own food, drinks or decorations into Jump Zone?

You may bring a birthday cake or cup cakes, but ONLY if a party room is reserved (NO EXCEPTIONS!). Please do NOT bring any other food or beverages into the building. Any food allergies or sensitivities must be discussed with staff members prior to the day of your event. We sell pizza, ice cream, soft drinks, juice boxes, and a variety of snacks.

Food is served after the play time is over. Party guests are to remain in the play arena for the first 60 minutes and are sent to the party room for 45 more minutes for cake and gifts. Each party room is decorated with gender-neutral colors and table cloths. Parents are more than welcome to customize the party room with themed table cloths and balloons, but remember to anchor the balloons so that they don't float away! If you wish to add additional decorations, we ask that you please refrain from using ANY tape or thumb tacks on our walls (sticky tac and command hooks are allowed). Confetti, silly sting, and large amounts of glitter are also prohibited.

****We kindly ask parents not to put whistles or noise makers into treat bags as these items are known to cause issues for our guests with sensory issues.****
Will a Jump!Zone staff member help supervise the kids and help me in the party room?

Yes, staff members will be on duty to help supervise the safe play of the kids in the arena, however, parents are ultimately responsible for the children while they are playing. Please do not leave your little ones unattended. You will have a designated party host to help your guests get settled into the party room as well as provide assistance with various duties such as cutting the cake or helping with the gifts. Your party host is also responsible for clean-up in order to provide you with the ultimate party experience! The kids are NOT allowed to return to the play arena after they have eaten and opened gifts.
What should the kids wear?

SOCKS ARE REQUIRED. We suggest that party parents bring extra socks with them in case someone forgets to bring a pair. Socks are available for purchase at a cost of $1.50 PLUS tax. Long sleeves are recommended in order to avoid "brush burns". Clothes with zippers or hooks (other then at the waist) are not allowed as they may scratch the inflatables. Bottoms made out of stretch fabrics such as spandex are the best type to slide at turbo speeds!
How early should everyone arrive prior to the party?

Your host and party room will be available to you no more than 15 minutes before the scheduled party time. We appreciate your patience upon arrival as you will not be allowed access to the room until after it is adequately cleaned up from the previous party. In the event that the previous party goes over their time or clean-up takes a bit longer than expected , there is no need to worry! Guests are sent to the arena for the first 60 minutes, which is more than enough time to settle in and decorate the room.
Can Adults/Teens play on the inflatables?

Adults are asked to help ensure their children follow the safety rules on the inflatables. PARENTS/TEENS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO PLAY. Our number one safety rule is "one at a time" and this means that adults may not slide at the same time as children. No trains/chains, sitting on laps, or holding hands on slides. Please understand that our slides are very fast and an adult's weight coupled with the speed could cause serious injury to the child. For their safety, if the child is too scared or too small to be on an inflatable without you, then they should not play on that particular inflatable .
Are the inflatables safe for babies and children under 1 year old?

NO. Babies under 1 year of age should NOT be on the inflatables at all and are strictly limited to the LITTLE JUMPER ZONE. Children OVER the age of 4 years old are not permitted to play in the Little Jumper Zone. Children UNDER the age of 4 years old are not permitted on the "Big 3": The Alligator Slide, The Sports Obstacle Course, and MOST IMPORTANTLY -- THE ROCK WALL SLIDE.

Parents are advised to closely monitor their young children while at Jump!Zone to ensure that they stay in the designated areas away from older (and bigger) children. The rule of thumb is that if a child is too small to climb or slide by themselves, they should not be on that slide. Safety is the most important factor to Jump!Zone staff and we are sure that parents would also prefer to avoid unnecessary injury.
If I book a party and less than the expected number of guests show up, how will I be charged?

Jump!Zone policy states that if less than the number of expected guests show up to your party, you will automatically be dropped down ONE party level ONLY. This policy only applies to parties that have no more than 2 guests over the lower party level. For example, if you book a 24 but have 18 or less guests you will be dropped to the 16. If you book for 16 but 10 show up, you will be dropped to the 8. If you book a party for 24 and less than 16 kids show up, the policy states that we can drop you down ONE level ONLY, therefore you will be charged for 16. It is highly recommended to book the median-level party of 16 if you are not sure about the number of guests you will end up with to avoid this! Unfortunately, since 8 is our smallest party package, Jump!Zone is not able to provide additional discounts for parties with less than 8 guests.
How long do we get to play during an OPEN!PLAY SESSION?

What sets Jump!Zone apart from competitors is that there are NO TIME LIMITS during Open!Play sessions! Open!Play sessions are regularly updated on our website's calendar, but it is recommended to call ahead as times are subject to change without notice. No re-admission is allowed at this time.
