| What are Jump!Zone's Safety Rules? |
|
SOCKS ARE REQUIRED
NO running, pushing or shoving
NO climbing up the slides (use the steps)
One at a time down slides (parents cannot go down with child on lap)
Feet first only down slides
No bouncing at top of slides (just sit down and slide please)
Stay on the designated course of all inflatables
When sliding, DON'T drag your arms and elbows on the vinyl. Hold them up to avoid "rug burn"
NO fighting or wrestling or ball beaming
Only 1 & 2 yr old children are allowed on our small green dinosaur inflatable
No food, drinks, or gum allowed in the Arena area
Adults are NEVER allowed to Jump, if your child is in trouble, you may help them, NO Climbing, Sliding, or Jumping on the inflatables
Please listen to Jump!Zone staff and follow additional safety rules as explained

| Who is allowed to enter Jump!Zone? |
|
Jump Zone is designed for children ages 2 to 12 years old. No child of any age is allowed to enter unless accompanied by an adult. |

| How do I book a party and how far in advance should I book? |
|
You can make a party reservation on our website or you can call us to discuss your needs so we can help you choose the perfect party plan. We require that you pay a $100 plus tax ($107.50) deposit at the time of booking. The balance and any extras you purchase such as pizza or goodie cups can be paid for the day of the party. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex, or cash. NO checks please.
Friday, Saturday and Sunday party times fill up fast. To get the date and time you want, it is advisable to call 2 months in advance to reserve your party. However, we will always try to accommodate even the most immediate need with an available time slot. Please call us directly if you do not see your preferred time. |

| What is your cancellation policy? |
|
When booking a party, a $100 plus tax non-refundable deposit is charged at the time of your reservation. If you cancel more than 14 DAYS prior to your party date, you can reuse your deposit for another date within 12 months of your original deposit date. If you cancel within 14 DAYS before your scheduled party, you will lose your deposit. If you cancel within 72 hours of your scheduled party event, you WILL be charged the FULL price of the party. All Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS! |

| Can I bring my own food, drinks or decorations into Jump Zone? |
|
Jump!Zone Columbia does not allow any outside food or drinks to be brought into our facility with the exception of a Birthday Cake with a scheduled party only. You can order pizza and drinks for your entire party by replying to a reminder email sent to you the week of your party or by calling a few days prior to your scheduled party. The party areas are already decorated. Please do not tape or tack up any decorations and do not bring SILLY STRING,CONFETTI, or a PINATA. |

| Will there be a staff member to help with the kids in the play area and in the party room? |
|
Yes, there are coordinators in the play arena to help supervise the safe play of the children. There is also a safe play coordinator in the party room to assist during your party room time. We will set up your party room prior to the allotted time in the room and we'll do all the cleaning up for you. |

| What should the kids wear? |
|
SOCKS are REQUIRED. We suggest party Moms bring extra socks with them in case your party guests forget to bring socks. Long sleeves are recommended. Clothes with zippers or hooks (other then at the waist) are not allowed as they may scratch the inflatables. Nylon type pants make the kids go extra fast down the slides. |

| How early should everyone arrive prior to the party? |
|
Everyone, including the party family, should arrive no more than 5 to 10 minutes before the scheduled party time. Please do not arrive more than 10 minutes early because other parties will be in session. |

| Can Parents play on the inflatables? |
|
No, the ages for our inflatables is 2-12 years old. Parents are asked to help ensure their children follow the safety rules on the inflatables. Parents can help their small child if in trouble, however are not allowed to jump, slide, or climb on our inflatables. |

| Are the inflatables safe for infants? |
|
NO. Babies under 2 years old should not be on the inflatables, It's not safe. Also, we ask parents to please closely monitor your young children while at Jump!Zone. Make sure they are not on inflatables with older kids. If your child is 2 or 3 years old and is unable to maneuver the steps, they shouldn't be on that particular inflatable. It is not safe for anyone to hold another person while going down slides and is against Jump!Zone's safety rules. |

| What is the pricing for Open!Play? |
|
Children under two years old are $5, plus tax. Children two years and older are $7.00 plus tax. Children under two years old are restricted to the toddler inflatable for safety reasons.

| What is your cancellation policy for inclement weather? |
|
If the Howard County Emergency plan is in effect, the Jump!Zone in Columbia, Md. will be closed. We also reserve the right to close at any time if we feel the local conditions (i.e. parking lot, sidewalks, etc..) present a safety risk to our patrons or employees. On the other hand, if we decide to stay open, your party will take place as scheduled. We will be at Jump!Zone to answer your calls and we will also put a recording on our phone service. And, post any weather closures on our website as soon as the decision is made. We will also try our best to contact you if you have a scheduled party for that day so that you may notify your guests. If you have a party that is canceled due to weather we will work with you to reschedule it at the earliest convenience. |
