What are Jump!Zone's Safety Rules


One at a time down slides
Feet first only down slides
No bouncing at top of slides (just sit down and slide please)
Stay on the designated course of all inflatables
Little people and big people should not bounce at the same time (adults can sit in a bounce house to be near their children, but should not bounce)
When sliding don't drag your arms and elbows on the vinyl. Hold them up to avoid "rug burn". No fighting or wrestling or ball beaming
No gum in Jump!Zone

Who is allowed to enter Jump!Zone? and Who is included in the party count?


Jump Zone is designed for children ages 2 to 12 years old.
All persons age 2 to 12 are charged admission and are included in the birthday party count.
Adults(18 and older), Parents & babies 1 Years old and under are Not included in total size and ALWAYS FREE.
No child of any age is allowed to enter unless accompanied by an adult. Adults must stay with their children.
No Drop Offs! A responsible adult must remain with the child.
No adults can enter unless they are with children.
Additional children for any party is $10 each. There is a maximum of 5 extra guests per party. NO BIRTHDAY CAKE OR PRESENTS MAY BE BROUGHT IN UNLESS YOU HAVE A PARTY BOOKED
How do I book a party and how far in advance should I book?


You can check time and date availability and make a party reservation on our website by clicking RESERVATIONS. Also feel free to call us if you still have questions after visiting the Party Planning Page.
We require that you pay a $100 deposit at the time of booking. The balance and any extras you purchase such as pizza or goodie bags can be paid for the day of the party. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover or cash.
Friday, Saturday and Sunday party times fill up fast. To get the date and time you want, it is advisable to book online 2 months in advance to reserve your party. However, we will always try to accommodate even the most immediate need with an available time slot.
What is your cancellation policy?


When booking a party, a $100 deposit is charged at the time of reservation.
A CREDIT CARD is required when booking a party reservation.
If no card is available then party must be paid for in full before event.
If you need to reschedule your party date and give us 2 weeks or more notice, there is no penalty. If you need to reschedule and give us less than 2 weeks notice, you lose your original deposit($100). If you need to cancel your party, and do not wish to reschedule, and give us 10 days or more notice, you lose your original deposit($100). If you need to cancel your party, and do not wish to reschedule, and give us less than 10 days notice, then you will be charged the full amount of your party. As always, we will strive to work with you on any cancellation.
Parties size can be changed at least one day prior to the party.
Can I bring my own food, drinks or decorations into Jump Zone?


Bring your own Cake or Cupcakes, remember to bring serving knife and candles for the cake! Jump!Zone is able to offer food, such as pizza, chips and soft-drinks, juice boxes, or bottled water for your party. If you have a scheduled party, you are welcome to bring 1-2 supplemental appetizer items such as a fresh fruit bowl or veggie tray, etc., you may also bring your own drinks, water bottles, or juice boxes for parties (you do not have to order drinks from us). We suggest something easy and convenient as your time in the party room will be very action-packed. No other outside food may be brought or delivered to Jump!Zone.
Alcoholic beverages are never allowed. Please, no outside coffee.
The party areas are already decorated. Please do not tape or tack up any decorations and do not bring silly string or confetti. ($50.00 cleaning fee for violators / messy parties, or the taking of our unused paper products.) CONFETTI IS NOT ALLOWED (it is a mess to clean up and have the room ready for the next party) THERE WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL $15 FEE IF WE HAVE TO CLEAN IT UP.
Will there be a staff member to help with the kids in the play area and party room?


Yes, you will have an assigned party coordinator. They will get you settled into your party room and greet your guests and help them check in so you can relax. The coordinator will help supervise the safe play of the kids in the arena. They provide you assistance (if wanted) throughout the party with serving food/cake and we will have our staff perform all of the clean up.
What should the kids wear?


Socks are REQUIRED. We suggest party Moms bring extra socks with them in case someone forgets to bring some.
Long sleeves are recommended.
Clothes with zippers or hooks (other then at the waist) are not allowed as they may scratch the inflatables.
Please be aware that nylon type pants make the kids go extra fast down the slides.
How early should everyone arrive prior to the party?


Everyone, including the party family, should arrive no more than 5 to 10 minutes before the scheduled party time. Please do not arrive more then 10 minutes early because other parties will be in session and you will likely have to sit in the reception area until your room is ready. Please make sure your guests arrive on time.
Can Parents play on the inflatables?


Parents are asked to help ensure their children follow the safety rules on the inflatables. Parents can help and assist their smaller children on the inflatables as long as there are no children in their way and they don't go over the 175 pound weight limit. Parents are not allowed to bring small children onto any slides and you are not allowed to ride down a slide with a child in your lap.
Our number one safety rule is "one at a time" and this means that adults cannot hold children when going down slides.
Everyone must go one at a time down the slides. No trains and no holding on laps or holding hands.
Also, Parents are encouraged to help their children on the inflatables, but should not be bouncing at the same time.
Only equal size people should bounce at the same time. Bigger people, including adults, should always steer clear of little people
Parents who are on the inflatables must wear socks and need to remove belts, watches, or other sharp objects.
Are the inflatables safe for babies?


NO. Infants under 2 years old should not be on the inflatables because it is not safe. Also, parents please closely monitor your young children while at Jump!Zone and make sure they are not on inflatables with older kids. It is not safe for anyone to hold another person while going down slides and is against Jump!Zone's safety rules. We do have a toddler play section for our youngest guests.
Additional Notes


If there is a power outage during your party, you will be refunded on a prorated basis in 15 minute increments. Inflatables are subject to change due to maintenance, rotation or replacement of other inflatables. We will always update and provide the most exciting inflatables around.

Coupons, discounts and other specials cannot be combined.
